Every body type and foot shape is unique, and while we thoughtfully design our products to support the widest range of athletes possible, we kindly encourage customers to review all sizing and product information before placing an order, as each item is made specifically for you.
If there is an issue with your order:
- If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
- To help us resolve any product concerns quickly, we kindly ask for clear photos.
- For sizing concerns, we may ask that the item be laid flat and measured, with photos provided so we can ensure accuracy.
Production times can vary slightly since each item is made to order, but estimated timelines are always provided at checkout.

In total, it is not uncommon for the arrival time to be 14 days. Some factors include production volume and carrier delays.
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please note that carrier scans may take 24-48 hours to update after the label is created.
Defective items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days. Please provide a photo showing the defect.
Sizing issues: Store credit available for unworn items with tags attached.

- Carrier scan timing: Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered before actual delivery. Wait 24 hours.

- Porch theft: Unfortunately this does occur. File a report with the carrier and local police.

Because all items are made to order, we begin production immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. In most cases, we can change the size before production begins.
After production begins, we cannot modify or cancel orders.
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships (typically 5-7 business days after ordering).
Important: The tracking number is created when we print the shipping label, but the carrier may not scan it for 24-48 hours. If your tracking shows no updates, please wait a full business day before contacting us.
