At Grapple Guard, we work hard to get your gear in your hands as fast as possible.

Soap Orders: All soap orders are packed and shipped within the same or next business day. Standard ground shipping via UPS typically delivers within 3–5 business days after dispatch. If you choose Priority Shipping, your order will arrive within 1–3 business days once shipped.

Apparel & Gear Orders: All apparel and gear are made to order to ensure top-tier quality and precision. Production takes 3–5 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for UPS delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Because all Grapple Guard rash guards and apparel are printed on demand, each item is made specially for you when your order is placed. For that reason, we’re not able to accept standard returns or size-related exchanges. However, we always stand behind the quality of our gear.

Returns & Replacements for Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or has any manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number. 

2. A brief description of the issue.

3. Clear photos or video of the defect

We will process a replacement or refund to store credit once the issue is verified.

Non-Defective Returns: Because items are custom-made, non-defective products cannot be returned for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and its condition.

Sizing Issues: All sizing information is provided on each product page.

Since each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
